Eight days. One business. Shipped, priced, defended.
A residential build week for founders with a live business. You arrive with a problem and leave with a product that's live, a price that's published, real users logged, and a pitch you've defended in a room — with a signed record that says so.
Nobody leaves the week with a demo
Most build weeks end with a screen recording and a group photo. Here, every day ends in a gate your build must pass — and the week ends with your business in front of real users, a published price, and a room that has judged it.
Judgment is the subject
The week runs on Tuukul Available — the three gates of working with AI: what you delegate, what you accept, what you deploy. Tools change monthly; judgment compounds.
Go-to-market is a full day
A live landing page, a published price, a working payment or waitlist link, and one instrumented channel — shipped on Thursday, not promised in a slide.
The record is signed
You leave with an Itz'at Available Build Record — a cryptographically signed account of what you shipped, with the evidence attached. Not a participation memento.
Five days, five gates
Each weekday ends in a gate your build must pass on the platform, with evidence, before the next day begins. Miss one and you get a mentor and a night block — not an exit. The gate wall stays projected in the room all week.
Spec Locked
Monday — DECIDE. One-sentence spec, data-model sketch, user journey, premortem, kill criteria. Mentor-signed before anyone writes code.
It Runs
Tuesday — BUILD. A deployed URL. However ugly. Auto-screenshotted.
It's Grounded
Wednesday — INTELLIGENCE. An AI feature working on your real business data, plus one documented failure mode and its guardrail.
It Sells
Thursday — GO TO MARKET. Live landing page, published price, working payment or waitlist, one instrumented channel.
Ship Certified
Friday — PROOF. Everything live, at least three logged sessions with real users outside the room, and pitch deck v1.
Sunday to Sunday, and a Saturday you won't forget
Report Sunday. Five gate days Monday to Friday — morning sessions, long build blocks, mentor 1:1s, night builds. Saturday is Demo Day and the Capital Round. Sunday you decompress and leave when you like.
Demo Day. Six minutes to pitch, four of Q&A, hard-stopped, in front of the cohort and an invited panel. Then the part nobody else runs:
The Capital Round. Every founder receives a pool of simulated capital — labelled R₹ everywhere — and must build a portfolio across the other founders' companies, negotiating live. The top companies by peer capital then negotiate a simulated term sheet in front of the room, line by line: pre-money, dilution, liquidation preference. You learn what those words cost you — before it's your real cap table.
The Capital Round is a learning exercise run entirely on simulated capital. It is not an offer of investment, and no funding, investment, or investor introduction is promised or implied by participating in the residency.
Founders with a live business
Edition 01 is a Founding Cohort of around fourteen founders and business owners, 18+, selected by application and interview. The bar is fit, not credentials — you bring a real business and a problem worth a week.
Small room, high ratio
Pods of four for support, one mentor on the floor for every five founders, and individual builds — your business, your build, your record.
No coding required
The stack is AI tools built for non-engineers. What the week trains is judgment: scoping, verifying, shipping, pricing, defending.
Built to actually build
Residential venue chosen on connectivity first: wired line speed-tested on site, dual cellular failover, power backup in the build room. Scenery second.
A signed record, not a certificate of attendance
Your gates, your live URL, your user-test log, your verdicts — signed into an Itz'at Residency Build Record that anyone can verify, without asking us. It says what you shipped, in a named week, with the evidence attached.
Alongside it: micro-badges earned through the week's actual work, and an optional T'aan Coming soon oral viva for founders who want the higher integrity tier on their record.
The residential Residency, or an in-person Workshop
The Residency is the residential 5-to-8-day immersive across South India — hill stations and beaches, chosen by season for guaranteed connectivity. The Workshops are shorter in-person sessions (1 or 3 days) in a co-working room. Pick a cohort and register; it runs once enough people sign on.
The Residency — residential, 5 to 8 days
Land in, land out. Stay and food included; the full gate-driven build week in a South-India hill station or beach.

Cohorts run once enough founders register. Registering interest is free and commits you to nothing; prices are indicative and confirmed before any payment. Seats are held only once a cohort is confirmed and payment is complete.
Register your interest
Around fourteen seats, reviewed on fit. Registering is free and commits you to nothing — we read every submission, and approved founders are invited to pay and confirm their seat before the session.
Want to help run a cohort?
Mentors, collaborators, volunteers and speakers make the room. If you'd like to be on the floor, co-host a workshop, run a fireside, or sit on a panel, tell us how you'd help and we'll be in touch.
What does it cost?
Founding Cohort pricing isn't published yet — it will be announced before any offer goes out, and a 20% deposit is what confirms a seat. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
When and where is it?
Early 2027, at a residential venue in South India within driving distance of Bengaluru. The exact venue and dates are shared with admitted founders first.
Is the Capital Round real investment?
No. The Capital Round runs entirely on simulated capital, labelled R₹ everywhere. Nothing about the residency offers, promises, or implies investment, funding, or investor access.
Do I need to be able to code?
No. The week runs on AI tools designed for non-engineers — what we train is the judgment to run them: what you delegate, what you accept back, and what you sign your name to.
What do I leave with?
Your product, live. Your pricing, published. And an Itz'at Residency Build Record — not a certificate of attendance, but a cryptographically signed record of what you shipped, with the evidence attached, verifiable by anyone.
Eight days of building needs serious internet. At a residential venue?
Connectivity is our binding venue requirement, not scenery: a wired line speed-tested on site, two independent cellular failovers, and power backup for the build room. We publish the venue's connectivity standard to the cohort before anyone travels.
What's the refund policy?
The full refund and transfer policy is published alongside offers, before any payment is taken. Applying is free and is not a financial commitment.
