Row-level security is on every table in the database, so an account reaches its own records and an administrator reaches only their own organization's. Traffic is encrypted in transit, the managed database and file storage are encrypted at rest, and secrets — AI provider keys, calendar tokens, machine credentials — are held encrypted server-side and never returned to a browser. In India. The database, sign-in and file storage sit in Supabase's Mumbai region, and the server-side compute is pinned to Vercel's Mumbai region, in the same city. Public pages are cached on a global edge network, which holds published page content and not your personal data. Four things do leave India — AI inference, email, mobile push and third-party sign-in — and the privacy policy names each one. Not yet — no uptime percentage and no support-response target is published, because miatz has not committed to one, and an unbacked number would be worse than an honest gap. No — structurally. Raw prompt and response text never leaves your machine: the upload schema has no field for it and rejects raw-text-shaped keys. Only judgment signals sync (counts, flags, your own 240-character predictions), you can pause or erase everything, and organizations only ever see aggregates of five or more people.
