Partner organisations
Propose, accept and suspend partnerships with other organisations on the platform.
- Partner firms keep their own organisation, roster and seats
- Nothing is granted until the partner accepts from its own portal
- Every change is audited on both sides
Two sides, one row
A partnership is proposed by the parent organisation and accepted by the partner organisation from its own portal. Until the partner accepts, the row is pending and grants nothing. Either side can see the row; only the partner can accept or decline, and only the parent can suspend.
What a partnership is for
A partner organisation can be granted access to your curricula (see Who can see this track on a curriculum) and, once its people hold credentials you recognise, can be counted toward the tiers you define for your channel. A partnership never merges rosters: each organisation keeps its own members, seats and settings.
Ending or re-proposing
A declined or ended partnership keeps its row. Re-proposing the same pair is refused until a platform operator clears it, so a decision cannot be undone by simply asking again.
Frequently asked
How do I propose a partnership?
Enter the partner organisation's slug on the Partners screen. Its owners and admins see the proposal in their own portal and accept or decline it.
Can I propose a partnership with my own organisation?
No — the platform refuses it.
What is the tier field?
Free text that belongs to you — your channel's own vocabulary. It carries no platform meaning on its own.
