The Pie fleet

Enable the assistant module and monitor every pod — health, provider and a per-pod kill switch.

  • Every pod's health and provider is on one board
  • A misbehaving pod is stopped individually, without touching anyone else
  • The module switch and the fleet view live together, so enabling has a place to be watched from

The fleet board

Admin - Pie enables the assistant module and shows every pod on one board: health, provider, and a per-pod kill switch.

Reading it

A pod is one person's assistant workspace. Two pods behaving differently is nearly always a provider difference — whose key resolved, and to what — which is why the provider column sits next to health.

Stopping one

The kill switch stops one pod. Nothing else is affected: the rest of the fleet keeps running and the module stays enabled, so a single bad pod never becomes an outage for everyone.

Frequently asked

What is a pod?

One person's assistant workspace. The fleet view lists them all with their current health and the provider each is running against.

What does the kill switch do?

It stops one pod. Only that pod is affected — the rest of the fleet, and the module itself, keep running.

Why is provider shown per pod?

Pods can resolve to different providers depending on whose key is in play. Seeing the provider is usually the fastest explanation for why one pod behaves differently from its neighbours.
