Delete your Miatz account

Last updated: 21 July 2026. This page explains how to delete your Miatz account (developer:Miatz Private Limited) and the data associated with it, on both the web app and the iOS and Android apps.

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open miatz (web or the mobile app) and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, deleting your account also revokes the associated Apple token.

Can't sign in?

Email hello@miatz.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

All of your personal data, including: your profile (name, email, optional photo), learning progress (XP, streaks, levels, exam and quiz answers), your community/forum posts and AI-tutor chat history, notification/push tokens, and account settings.

What is retained (and for how long)

We delete or de-identify your personal data on deletion, except limited records we must keep to meet legal, tax or security obligations — retained only as long as the law requires and then removed. Short-lived operational logs are pruned automatically.
