Redacting personal data before a document leaves the organisation
Before a case file, a support transcript or a claims bundle goes to a vendor, an opposing party or a training set, a detector marks names, phone numbers, account numbers and identifiers and an operator masks or substitutes them, with a named reviewer sampling the output before anything is released.

Digitising scanned records, including Indian-language and handwritten pages
A bound register, a photographed identity document, a supplier's faxed challan: recognition converts the page into text plus a layout, so later steps can read fields instead of a clerk retyping them. Per-field confidence decides which pages continue automatically and which go to manual keying.

Pulling named fields out of forms and statements
Invoice number, GSTIN, taxable value, due date, bank account: a model locates each field using the words and their position on the page together, returns it with a confidence score, and posts it into the accounting or ERP system once a validation rule and, where the score is low, a person agrees.
