Watching regulator publication pages for the circulars that reach you
Polls the circular and notification pages a regulated firm has to follow, discards what falls outside its registrations and business lines, and returns each survivor with the obligation it creates, the date it bites and the internal owner it should route to — leaving the compliance officer to confirm that it applies at all.

What to check before you ship it in India
- If you are a SEBI-registered intermediary, regulation 16C of the SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations as amended in February 2025 makes you SOLELY responsible for the privacy, security and integrity of the data and for the OUTPUT of any AI or ML tool you use, in-house or third-party, irrespective of the scale and scenario of adoption. A missed or mis-summarised circular is your responsibility, not the vendor's. If you are not a registered intermediary — most professional-services readers are not — neither this nor the reporting circular reaches you, and no Indian regime specific to this use case does.
- A SEBI-registered intermediary running this is itself using an AI/ML system. The January 2019 circular on reporting for AI and ML applications and systems offered and used by market intermediaries brings that use inside a quarterly reporting obligation, so the compliance tool is itself a reportable item — the reporting limb alongside regulation 16C's responsibility for output.
- Regulator sites move URLs and change markup without notice, and a fetcher returning nothing looks exactly like a quiet fortnight. Monitor the feed's liveness on its own, separately from its content.
