Answering support questions from your own resolved tickets

What to check before you ship it in India
- A closed-ticket archive holds names, phone numbers and account identifiers. Section 8(5) of the DPDP Act 2023 obliges a Data Fiduciary to protect personal data in its possession by taking reasonable security safeguards, and a retrieval index is a second copy of that data sitting outside the helpdesk that produced it.
- Old tickets encode old policy. Retrieval cannot separate an answer that was correct at the time from one that stopped being correct when the refund window changed.
